From the PNW to the Last Frontier and back, I found my love of real estate and now am a real estate broker here in Washington State. I have a passion for educating others how to buy, sell, and invest in real estate.

When I'm not out looking at homes for sale you will find me cozy in my home working on my own home projects, sipping coffee or red wine depending on the time of day, snuggled with my two dogs, or hiking with my partner in crime (the guy below me).

To be honest I felt like my husband and I may have been difficult clients. But that didn’t prevent Melanie from being awesome to us! Getting the house on a the market was a roller coaster for us.
