Hi, I’m Melanie!

I’m a small-town real estate broker based right here in Pacific County, helping people buy, sell, and invest in places like Raymond, South Bend, and the surrounding communities I’m proud to call home.

Real estate, to me, is about more than just a transaction it’s about people, timing, and making big decisions feel a little less overwhelming. When I’m not out showing homes or working with clients, you’ll find me at home with my family usually juggling a mix of real life and little farm chores, working on house projects/ the garden, or enjoying a slow morning with coffee. I love where I live, and I love helping others find their place here too.

This group of people made everything so easy and smooth! Buying my first house was a nightmare, but selling it and buying our second forever home was made so easy!
