To be honest I felt like my husband and I may have been difficult clients. But that didn’t prevent Melanie from being awesome to us! Getting the house on a the market was a roller coaster for us. We changed our minds several different times but throughout the time over the corse of a year, of us flip flopping and working on projects the Seiler’s were patient and caring. Outside of just being good as a business, I truly had a feeling of genuine care from Melanie. She would message me just to check on my family. Not pressuring us, but actually checking in on us. We had a devastating death in the family during our process and her kindness was truly memorable. She tolerated all my silly questions and even offered to help paint cabinets if I needed any help. Mel, Bobby and the whole Seiler team were fantastic to work with! Being new to the area it was great finding good people we could trust to get us what we needed. Even post sale they are still quick to respond to any questions we have. Bobby was always prompt and ready to show us all the houses we requested and even explored properties into the woods. Mel and Anne are fantastic at all the paperwork, scheduling and details in the office. We absolutely love our new home and are so grateful we had a smooth transaction. Robert Seiler was amazing to work with. His wife, Melanie, and him were a flawless team that were diligent and quick to act to make sure we had as much opportunity as possible to look at a house in such a competitive market. Robert always showed up on time or early to see a house and helped make the stress of looking at homes as fun and enjoyable as possible. He appeared extremely knowledgeable and always seemed to have our best interest in mind. He always appeared genuine and made sure to guide us in the right direction (often to Melanie) if he didn’t know the answer, so we were getting accurate information. As a team, they followed up with us very quickly on any questions or concerns we had. They worked with us for many months to help us find the perfect home and never put any pressure on us. They always appeared to only have an interest in finding the right house that fit us. They were a wonderful team to work with and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who is trying to buy a house!

This group of people made everything so easy and smooth! Buying my first house was a nightmare, but selling it and buying our second forever home was made so easy! Anything that need to happen was taken care of! Always willing to help, never made me feel like my time was not important. Honestly felt like I was the only customer! The amount of pride the Seiler’s put into this business shows tenfold in every interaction they have! They took care of our yard at the house we bought when we couldn’t. They even went and cleaned out the fridge when the power was disconnected! They were both so amazing with my kids, making them feel like they were just as important in everything going on as my husband and I were. If I ever need to buy a house again, this is the only way I will go! It’s the only way you should go too!
